Our roasting schedule is guided by customer demand, not warehouse inventory - so your coffee isn’t sitting around waiting to be sold. We’ve built our roasting and fulfillment process to prioritize freshness, responsiveness, and quality. Orders are packed and shipped the same day they’re roasted, helping to minimize storage time and deliver coffee that’s full of flavor and character.
Because of this, coffee orders will take 1-5 business days for our roasters to be ready to ship them. Once shipped, it can take an additional 1-5 business days, depending on the customer's location, via USPS standard ground shipping. All orders come with tracking information that we update, which triggers an automatic notification to you.

No, we do not ship internationally. Due to this being a beverage product and freshness is critical for our customers, not to mention shipping costs, we only sell and ship within the United States.

We offer light, light-medium, medium, medium-dark, dark, and extra dark roasts, depending on the origin and flavor profile. Each roast is carefully chosen to highlight the bean’s natural characteristics rather than overpower them.
Most coffee is roasted when ordered. However, there are some selections, such as flavored coffee and pods, that are roasted in small batches and ship quickly to ensure peak freshness. Your coffee is roasted close to your order date - not months in advance - so you get maximum flavor and aroma.

Our coffees come from renowned growing regions across the globe, including Central America, South America, Africa, and Southeast Asia. Where applicable, product page highlights the origin, farmer organization, altitude, and processing method.
Absolutely. Many of our medium and medium-dark roasts are excellent for espresso, producing rich crema, smooth body, and balanced sweetness.
Store your coffee in an airtight container, away from light, heat, and moisture. Avoid refrigeration. For best flavor, enjoy within 2–4 weeks of opening.
Yes. We partner with roasters and growers and cooperatives that prioritize fair labor, environmental responsibility, and long-term community impact. Many of our coffees are grown using traditional or regenerative farming methods.
We’re actively working to reduce our environmental footprint by using recyclable mailers and boxes and low-impact packaging whenever possible - without compromising freshness.
